In the answer editor you are able to create multiple categories and organize your answers in groups so your users can easily search for answers.

To create a Category, follow the steps below:

STEP 1

• Go to the Answer editor.
• Click 'New'

STEP 2

• From the dropdown choose 'Category'

STEP 3

In the modal:

• Choose a parent category(optional)
• Add a category Title
• Click 'Add'

That's it! You've now created your very first category.

You can add a short description to your category and summarize what kind of answers it contains, and also publish it so it goes live for everyone to see.
