The Answerly Knowledge base is integrated with Google Analytics, so you can enable Knowledge base tracking in the editor and get more insights on how your Knowledge base is performing.

To enable Google Analytics tracking, follow the steps below:

STEP 1

• Go to the Knowledge base page.
• Click on 'Integrations'

STEP 2

• To enable Google Analytics tracking click on the checkbox under the 'Enable Google Analytics' setting field.

STEP 3

In order to fully integrate Google Analytics tracking, you will need to enter your Google Analytics Tracking ID, to do this:

• Click on the 'Add Tracking ID' button under the 'Google Analytics Tracking IDs' setting field.

STEP 4

• In the modal, add in your Google Analytics Tracking ID under the 'Tracking ID' field.
• Click 'Add'

That's it.

Once you add your Tracking ID, make sure to click on the 'Apply' button to save the changes.
