Contact page is a component that you add to the start page of the Helpdesk widget.

It's used to allow your website audience to easily reach out to you if they have any questions through the Helpdesk widget embedded on the page.

Its a unique component where you can show the available teammembers, display a title, your average response time and also a button text.

To get started with Contact page, first you will need to add it as a component in the Helpdesk widget Start page editor.

To do this, follow the steps below:

STEP 1

• Go to the Start page editor.
• Open 'Start Page'
• Click on 'Add Components' from the right menu

STEP 2 

• In the popup modal, choose 'Contact'

STEP 3

In the next step,  populate following fields:

• Support team pictures
• Title
• Description
• Button text

Once you're done click 'Add Component'
